Sunseeker London wins two Best in World awards from Sunseeker International recognising outstanding customer service
Sunseeker London, for the third year running, wins the prestigious Sunseeker Platinum Award 2009 for 'Best in World' customer service during the annual Sunseeker Conference hosted in Ireland.
The Platinum Award is the newest accolade introduced by Sunseeker International and awarded to their most accomplished distributors around the world. Since its inception in 2007, Sunseeker London is the only distributor in the Northern Hemisphere to have been awarded this award which recognises outstanding Warranty and After Sales service.
Lindsay Hutchinson, After Sales and Warranty Manager at Sunseeker London, along with David Lewis and Christopher Head, Directors of Sunseeker London and Kim Woolford, received the award from Robert Braithwaite CBE, Managing Director of Sunseeker International Lindsay commented "The Warranty and After Sales team are dedicated to providing Sunseeker clients and boat owners with 'Best in World' service. We continually strive to improve, advance and revolutionise our customer experience. Lindsay Hutchinson, also won a personal 'Extraordinary Customer Service' award in recognition of her and her teams achievements to deliver 'Best in World' customer service.
Lindsay Hutchinson has been After Sales and Warranty Manager for the last 5 years and is dedicated to providing Sunseeker London clients with the best and highest standards of after sales and warranty service for Sunseeker boats around the world. Lindsay comments "In the 5 years I have been working for Sunseeker London I have been learning year on year how to deliver the best for our Sunseeker clients and boat owners.
